I tried 10 or so different apps that allow you to mirror your Android Phone to the Tesla web browser. They all come back with browser support errors or will continuously load with no result. I kept looking and found a solution, Screen Cast!

I can play Youtube videos on my Tesla screen.... sort of. It is choppy and delayed from the phone screen. In this video I also try the camera app as well as running the Twitter app from my phone. My apologies on not being able to get the phone screen to record while screen mirroring.

Possibly someone can create something that works better? For now I see this as a proof of concept of something that is possible. I will have links below to download the Android app and the website you need to go to on your Tesla Web Browser. Let me know if you find a good use for this app or similar to me think it is just a neat concept.

While in your Tesla, go to https://motherfrunker.ca/ and bookmark the page. This will make accessing apps I share easier. Alternatively, you can go to http://screencast.deskshare.com/ to access TesPad in your Tesla.
