1) Open the Settings app on your phone
2) Go to Notifications
3) Make sure to Allow Notification Badges or Dots
4) Go to the Phone app from the Settings
5) Tap on Permissions and toggle on Missed Calls
5) Come back and go to the Messages app from the Settings
6) Make sure to again Allow Notification Badges.
