1) Update the Snapchat app to the latest version
2) Open Snapchat and login to your account
3) From the top left, tap on your Bitmoji profile
4) Tap on the Gear icon on the top left
5) Scroll down to the bottom and tap on My Data
6) Enter your username and password and login
7) Enter your email again and tap on Submit request
8) You will receive your data file shortly after the export is ready.
