Track 1 (what is a home?)
Unrelenting fatigue, introspective depression, long C0VlD. Memories from 2020-2021. The guitars are mimicking The sound of the world crying silently, the other strings are a gate to the carnival of the connected world while your the only one unplugged. The drums are A rage from a shapeshifting demon called your personality. The funky flute sounds are The AI’s gaining awareness, and the first thing they find is twitter.
Track 2 (sober on the floor)
Bipolar yet somber, a constant drifting up and down in tone to symbolize the ups and downs of normal every-days and emotionally unstable nights. Dark intro feels like coming “home”, in the rain to a hotel room alone. The drop feels smokey and soulful while keeping the alone but content feeling of being able to breathe for the first time all day. The multiple guitars are almost argumentative like voices in your head or memories that won’t quite in your mind, some uplifting, some depressing, both fighting to be the center of attention. The other string instruments are just the tv in the background, there but not fully taking any attention away from your own mind. And the drums play the role of your will to push through the static of life.
A sober depressed spy without a mission while the world burns.
