Van Helsing is a Gothic/Dark Fantasy action movie following the exploits of our titular hero, who must travel to Transylvania and slay Dracula. It is both a tribute to and a re-imagining of the classic movie monster films

Personally, I don't think the Nostalgic Critic gave this movie a fair once-over. It's still not a good movie, but I think it deserves a better chance than what he gave it.
