MM4 - Wily Machine Pause (not a strat, just interesting)

If you pause just after Wily Machine explodes, it seems to reduce lag. Maybe there's a dummied version of the big sprite onscreen that's removed after going into the menu?

This doesn't save time, it's just interesting. I found it while trying to see if I could despawn the explosion orbs with different weapons.
