And during a live stream of the game, I tried to ask the question,

thankfully, someone did answer my question by saying, "they are not talking", so at first I interpreted it as Idea Factory are not allowed to answer the question, guessing might be some legal issues with Bang Zoom, the voice studio behind for this game. However, it seems it wasn't the case because there were some Youtubers who got a review copy of the game and the comments actually stated that, yes, Death and re;Quest has partial English Dub.

And I give my thoughts on the matter, it may sound unfortunately, but atleast there is English Dub, and maybe on the long run, a director's cut with more voice work, or definitive version like Tales of Versperia, only time will tell.
