a common approach from Bandai Namco is when a game is license from another media like manga or anime, or what they call it anime games, chances are the games will never get an English Dub, unless it's Dragonball Z or Naruto, it's unknown why only those 2.

I give my thoughts on this, whether it's confirmed or not, chances of getting an English Dub is very slim to none, perhaps a paid English Dub, but that is farfetched.
