Here is a video on how to change the Mobapad M6 Gemini from a repeating back macro mode, to a single press button mode. This may or may not work on older Mobapads, as I don't have an older one to try.

One thing to note is that this only works if you use a single input as the single press feature. Trying to set more than one will put it back into repeat mode. It either is in repeat mode or macro is a single key mapped to the back paddle.
