We decided to come up with ways to come up with more ways to use your gold beyond going into dungeons. In this case we are talking transportation in your tabletop game which becomes a base to adventure out of that the players take with them. Many of these can be found in the players handbook. With some modifications from a generous game master these can be a lot of fun. Or some magical treasure in the form of a mobile strong hold that can lead to more interesting roleplay. Also the opportunity to bring along a favorite NPC or two. As a Dungeon Master this could also be a source stories, encounters, and adventures. So the next time you drop dice think about adding loot in the form a mobile stronghold.
