Modern Magic — Mono RUG Storm vs. Curse Tron
11This is the deck to which I was referring in the Mystery Deck Preview video: Curse Tron. It is a tron deck, to be sure, but unlike other tron lists, this one does not use the combat step to kill opponents. As a result, it breaks the symmetry of Ensnaring Bridge. Diabolic Revelation is also absolutely bonkers once you get tron on, as you can get a crazy number of cards into your hand at once. If this resolves, then you can hopefully find all that you'll need for the rest of the game.
However, the deck wants more stall cards, such as Damnation, Languish, etc., which I simply don't have. Additionally, the sheer number of mainboard Kolaghan's Commands that people are running in Grixis and Jund makes Ensnaring Bridge much less good than it used to be.
