Modular Launch Pads v2 Dev Demo: New Soyuz Launch Base Gantry Arms
After an extended break, I'm back at work on v2 of Modular Launch Pads, continuing with the remake of the Soyuz Launch Base. It's now a launch clamp instead of free-standing, so it can be used on the tier 1 launch pad.
The big addition to the new one are the gantry arms, complete with the platforms. The one on the right has the crew elevator, and the arms can be turned off or just have just the elevator tower visible.
The clamp arms can be either in the default 45-degree postions or at the 90-degree positions, or turned off, leaving just the mounting pads-which can be turned off as well, leaving a clean deck for use with other hold-downs and towers.
Next to be done are the two fuel arms, the large (new for v2) and small one.
