Started work on a new tower, the Small Saturn Tower. This is the little brother to the big Saturn tower, still with a crew elevator, and useable with all the launch pad bases.

It's all one part, with switchable standard heights (there will be 8 in all; two are done so far) and a switchable-height crew access floor section.

This will use the new center-mount straight umbilical swing arms and/or drop hoses, and not the big Saturn's side-mounted angled swing arms.

It will also use a new general crew access arm.
