An Exercise in modular game design within Minecraft. I'm speaking at Minefaire Sacramento next month on how modular design concepts can speed up the building process, so to demonstrate - I built a small section of a SciFi/Futuristic Space Station in roughly 2.5 hours by creating various assets and fitting them together. I'm told it has an Alien Isolation or Half-Life vibe. ^_^
Everything was built in Vanilla MC, constructed mostly in MCEdit, and while it's more than possible to trigger complex audio elements from within the game using Command Blocks - the audio was added in post. This is simply a Proof-Of-Concept.
