Kawari VIC-II is a FPGA replacement board that subs in place of your video VIC chip to allow your C64 to act as a NTSC or a PAL machine, the switch being enabled from software running from the C64 itself!

My C64: a real old 1983ish 326298 NTSC breadbin.
