On New Game+ we take on Cursed Queen of Karst and defeat her without taking damage. Cursed Queen is quite difficult, but I don't think she's as bad as Choir. The most annoying aspect is you won't know if you succeeded until you start New Game+ and check your inventory. The best bet, I would argue, is don't use Tainted Missive at all this time around just so you know you never took any damage. If you end the battle at full health without using healing items, feel free to start New Game+.

I first heard about Momodora: Reverie Under the Moonlight from a Mario romhack I was watching that happened to include Pardoner Fennel as a boss. Naturally, its much, much harder in Mario than it is here. In any case, I saw the game on sale on Switch and decided to pick it up and play it.
