Arriving on an island, the trip suddenly takes a strange turn as your boyfriend's prior boyfriend kidnaps him. To rescue him, three tasks must be completed and additional leveling must be achieved with several winks to other games shoved in for good measure. The adventure is pretty quick (took little over an hour the first time) and the humour is hit or miss depending on how much you like references. Presentation is wonderful (great job on the backgrounds, though some characters look worse than others (monkey/clap-clap)) and music is pleasant, if forgettable. Mechanically, the clicking works and interactions are fairly simple. If you played a point and click before, the routine will be pretty easy to pick up and while some aspects of moving forward will take a guess or two (the lid to crush the flying bugs for instance), the rest are straight forward enough. The addition of the Voodoo priest also helps in term of laying out what is needed to complete tasks, so you won't be stuck in terms of progression. Technical issues were present in my first run through (crashed once, froze twice), but I haven't experienced anything of the sort in this second run. Given the ending is the only portion missing if the last bit of dialog is to be believed, the game is rather short for the $10 price tag.
