Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak - Vs Teostra (Long Sword)
0Two creatures enter, only one of them will leave. Ladies and gentlemen: elder dragons. Unlike with the other creatures that can be captured, especially if you're on your last cart, it's kill or be killed with the elder dragons. These monsters are the Goliath to your David and they're usually the biggest wall for hunters to overcome when they become available. Looking at you, Nergigante. For this, I'll be slaying at least a few of them as I get to 6-star rank missions; the very last one before ending my Monster Hunter Rise run.
Teostra was my favorite elder dragon in World and that still stands even in Rise so congratulations, beeg cat, you're up first. He's got some new attacks since then and is still a blast to hunt. Also, for the elder dragons only, I will have an A.I. follower tagging along with me to assist in taking these living weapons of mass destruction down.
Also, the order in how I hunted the first three is because I wasn't a fan of one of the hunts and decided to go backwards. So Teostra was the last and the third elder dragon was actually first. Stay tuned for the second one in this gauntlet.
