MORE! Lego City Improvements! (Building Parking Stalls, Hocus Pocus Fence, & MORE!)
In todays vlog episode, we dive into the Lego City again! This time we are on a fast pace to get all of the bricks we recently received, into the city. I move the portion of city Im focused on building, into the actual house so I can focus in the cool, and not in the 100 degree garage. My main focus was putting parking stalls in the remaining 8 studs of the 32 by 32 baseplates that hold the road. I didn’t want to extend the sidewalk fully, so I think this was the best solution. I figured my best solution to make the parking stall was to take what I learned from making the ocean layers and transform it into the stalls. I think the stalls integrated very nicely and the sidewalk is extended in a way to where it wraps around parked cars thus making the appearance of loading areas or whatever. I did run out of tiling on this portion of work, and will have to return to finish on another video. Next project was getting the Sanderson’s Cottage fence and graveyard sorted out and built. I duplicated the techniques used to make the fence and graves to achieve this. The end result came out very well and I’m pleased with the result. I also put the sisters on sticks to put them in action and make them look like they are chasing the children. Finally, was adding tiling to the ocean. I was able to get a quarter of it done, but I quickly ran out and like with the city sidewalks, had to order more for another time. I am struggling really bad with work like this because of my air conditioner failures. But I think we managed on this video just fine. If you like the video please Like, Share, and Subscribe!
