The Lego Marvel Spider-Man Daily Bugle! (This Set Has So Much Going On!) Lets Talk About It!)
8Today we are building and reviewing the Lego Marvel Spider man Daily Bugle set #76178, with 3,772 pieces. What drew me into this set is, well its Spider man! When I original starting planning a city in March this was one of the first buildings I wanted for my city. Unfortunately at the price of $350, you could easily get the Boutique Hotel and Police Station for only $50 more. So this set went onto the wish list. We did pick this set up at the end of May for a mid July build and I’m so happy my time is here to finally build this set. In the unboxing we find 16 steps of bags, 1 decent sized book, and 2 sticker sheets. A lot of the bags had sister bags, so it was definitely more then just 16 bags to complete this set. This set was a lot of fun to build! It did feature some cool building techniques. To start my review I start out by pointing out some of the main character minifigs. Which is Doc Ock hanging from the sign, Spider man hanging from the flagpoles, Green Goblin coming through the building, Ghost Spider on the ladder, along with Mysterio, Miles Morales on the taxi, and so much more. The cool exterior features of the building are definitely the sign, the glass base paneling, and the news playing on a marquee. Interior wise we get several desks with news screens and computers on most of the floors. Except on the bottom, you find a waiting area and a security area to go up the elevator. The set also comes with a nicely detailed Spider Buggy and Taxi, as well as a mountain of sidewalk and dirt with Sandman coming out of it. I do really recommend this set, it is a lot of fun. I will be changing it around a bit to integrate it better in the city. The board scored this set a 90, which I can clearly declare to be correct.
