More Minecraft Fun: 1000 Block Dig Challenge
2Hey everyone! Welcome back to my channel. In this new Minecraft video, I attempt to complete the 1000 Block Dig Challenge. The basic premise of this challenge is that you create a New World in a random World Seed, go to the X-0, Z-0 coordinate in your game and dig down to Y-11. There you dig yourself a small base where you can store some Chests, a couple of Furnaces, and a Crafting Table or two, and then start digging a 1 wide by 3 tall corridor going in each direction (North, South, East, and West), trying to see how far you can dig each way and hopefully making it 1000 in each direction. It sounds like an easy challenge, but as you will see in my video here, it can turn into a soul-crushing nightmare if you spawn into an unfavorable World Seed – for me, it happened to be a world where my 0, 0 coordinate was in the middle of an Ocean Biome. Admittedly, after about an hour of playing and failing to even reach 0, 0, I ended up defeated. But I think I will try this challenge again sometime soon.
