What a horribly unsatisfying end.

After a bit of googling it was due to a mod that changed a bunch of dwemer ruins, but I really can't be fucked loading an old save (I mostly used quicksave) and re-doing a heap of shit just to get a proper ending.

It was only rumoued that the Nevarine was adventuring an Akavir lands afterall. Or maybe he used his powers to teleport himself to Balmora after all (quickloading and changing the cell you are in isnt too hard once you've achieved CHIM).

The reason I used noclip was because of that barrier around the heart being super expanded (also due to the same mod that ruined the end game), it kills you if you touch it you see.

I may do a run through of Oblivion if this "series" gets enough attention (chances are the whole thing will get a maximum of one person watching it from start to finish) but honestly, even though the quality doesnt show it, and even though I'm not talking and barely editing the videos, it is a heap of work. If I recorded it from the start there would have been well over 600 videos, easy. That said I remember more of Oblivion than I do of Morrowind. Prior to this playthrough I had not actually played Morrowind for quite a few years (back when it was new +heaps of restarts) but I have played Oblivion semi-recently.

I doubt I'll ever do a Skyrim playthrough as I dont find it as satisfying as Morrowind or Oblivion.

I did not use the wiki or help guides much. Sometimes I got completley lost looking for areas and decided to save another 30 minutes of wandering around by using it. During the entirety of what you (may) have seen, the character I was playing was so strong that there wasn't too much challenge. When you get as strong as that you must adventure and enjoy the game world since the thrill of a good fight is few and far between. Console use was limited to unsticking myself from objects/roofs/railing and the parts you saw me use it (including adding an un-broken keening to my inventory), the game was on the hardest difficulty all the way through (no difficulty mods installed).

At the very least I hope it will help some people find their way to and around some areas, or see where some loot they missed was. I really wish I had kept my mods from back when I first played Morrowind, I recall one of them was a no-cliff racer mod, and another was one that let shopkeepers ignore moon sugar and skooma. But the site that hosted those files ended up being hacked and shut down due to the admin vanishing. But alas, those days are ancient history and we have tes-nexus now.

Anyway, I hope you all enjoyed the videos.
