Morrowind - luring and knocking enemy into blue water

https://www.patreon.com/ulillillia --- Realizing that hand-to-hand has a knock back effect but doesn't do damage, I wondered if it was possible to knock an enemy into the blue water. It turns out, it is, with a catch. That catch is that you need to jump high enough to cause the enemy to exit its attack mode. The end result is the enemy falling into the blue water below and going haywire (likely due to collision problems and going outside the map).
