If you're already picking mushrooms in Falgrim, you should also check it out in the fog. The difference - in the mist everything is full of these vampire-like jumping unpredictable creatures. You get used to them, but they are a bit of a nuisance. I'm sure Falgrim is still hiding something in the mist and I hope it continues there, I'm really looking forward to the next big area.
