Yet another week of ridiculousness. We focus on character wish lists that feature nothing but third party characters or even Playstation and Xbox properties. You have all seen requests that vary from far off to never going to happen. Square Enix being a company who rarely if ever does cross over work with their characters. Activision also has the same thoughts on licensing characters they own as well. Unless things change never expect a guest character from either of these companies to appear in any cross-over fighting game let alone Smash Brothers.

Cartoon characters seem to get mistaken for third party game characters all the time. If only for the fact that they have games developed based off their shows. No developers has ny right to use such properties other than to just make the game that the production companies want to see at the end of the final project. Why is this? Because they're television and/or movie characters they didn't come to fruition in the gaming universe.

And finally Xbox and Playstation characters like Master Chief, Nathan Drake, Sackboy or any of Rare's characters are never going to be in a Smash game. They are characters who are owned by Nintendo's direct competition. Which is really all that ever needs to be said.
