We have been speculating on this possibility since we first heard that Namco Bandai Games would be helping out big on the fourth Smash Brother's development. Since the game's reveal though we've been told nothing but such a prospect is not a priority for the game's roster, leaving many of us with the thought that i won't happen at all.

Despite that I'm still going to predict who may be the company's representative in the game anyway. Second most likely option though he's more like a complete long shot is Lloyd Irving from Tales of Symphonia. A character who would blend in well among the swordsmen that already represent the roster. The most interesting thing is how they would model him for Smash Four in modern graphics. Tales of Symphonia to this day still stands as the most popular game in the series.

The other character I mention is the most obvious. Pac Man is Namco's mascot when you think about it, he's their icon. If they are to add anybody to the Smash roster surely it's going to be the character who represents them as a company. When it comes down to it these characters could be the only chance we have at getting one last third party character on the Smash roster.
