The American Heart Association has announced that April is Move More Month. Dr. Vivek Goswami, who is a cardiologist with Austin Heart who practices at Heart Hospital of Austin, and Sarah Arcement, who is a Physician Assistant at Austin Heart, stopped by the KVUE studio to discuss the health benefits of incorporating more movement into your day.
