Mr. Sax's Hullaballoo - Rayman 1 Walkthrough
3Band Land: Level 4
Stage 1: 6 Cages
Cage #1 (0:21): Play the level until you reach all of the way to the right where there are a number of very small platforms in a straight line going up. As you go up the platforms there will be a drum to the left shooting lightning bolts at you. The cage is on top of the drum.
Cage #2 (0:56): Just after the part where you jump on a few maracas are some drums that shoot lightning bolts at you. Between these drums is a Power Sphere. Jump toward the drum to the left of the Power Sphere to make the cage appear underneath it.
Cage #3 (1:43): After the photographer go all of the way to the right. You'll see sparkling in the air just above how high you can jump. Go back a little ways to get a running start and use that speed to jump high enough to reach the sparkles. Doing so causes the spinning face circles to appear which you can use to reach the cage.
Cage #4 (2:08): After continuing passed the 3rd cage you'll come to a part where you have been shrunk and you're in between 2 slide platforms. Jump onto the upper platform and use the clouds that appear when you reach the end of it to ride up to the cage.
Cage #5 (3:07): This one is found right behind a Green Bug that is on the normal path through the level just after the Red Monks.
Cage #6 (3:50): When you reach the signpost at the end of this stage use the Purple Lums to the upper left to reach the cage.
Stage 2: Boss Mr. Sax (4:15)
The first part of this fight involves Sax shooting some Purple Notes at you. Knock 3 of them back into him and he'll resort to jumping. Run underneath him and keep running to the right. As you're running you'll come across stationary Purple Notes. I suggest hitting these so that they damage Mr. Sax. Also with these Purple Notes it doesn't matter what side you punch them on; they'll hit Mr. Sax regardless.
During the 2nd part of the fight you need to move close to Sax to initiate the fight otherwise he'll just stand there. Dodge his note bombs and punch the single Purple Notes he shoots out at you back at him (for these ones it does matter which side you punch them on). Avoid his jumps then continue fighting him in this way. From this point on he doesn't really do anything different aside from increasing the degree of difficulty of his attacks.
