Picture City: Level 1

Stage 1: 2 Cages
Cage #1 (0:10): When you start the level instead of going to the right, shoot the Yin-Yang and use it to go up. Follow that path until you reach the cage.
Cage #2 (2:06): Just passed the checkpoint is a series of pencils moving up and down. Jump onto the first pencil then jump straight up in between 2 other pencils. This causes a Power Sphere and more importantly a pencil sharpener to appear. Continue to the right passed the pencil sharpener until you're standing on the last pencil. Jump up and grab the Gold Fist to make another pencil sharpener appear. Jump onto the Yin-Yangs, then the sharpener, and finally onto the platform above. Walk toward the left to make the cage appear. Then backtrack halfway through the pencils and pins to get on the sharpener moving up and down. Then ride it up to the cage.

Stage 2: 1 Cage
Cage #3 (3:32): Near the beginning of the stage is a Yin-Yang eraser. To the right of the Yin Yang is a series of moving pencils. Jump on top of the pencils and ride them up until you hear the sound of something appearing. Shrink down using the Shrink Fairy that appears to the bottom left in order to navigate through the narrow passageway nearby to reach the cage.

Stage 3: 3 Cages
Cage #4 (4 :58): Continue along the stage to the right until you see a group of Yin-Yang erasers bouncing. Grab the Speed Fist underneath them to cause a couple of pencil sharpeners to appear and then jump up onto them. Ride the 2nd sharpener to the left until you're able to touch the Shrink Fairy then drop down and get the cage below you.
Cage #5 (5:44): Just passed the group of Yin-Yangs is a blue, bouncy eraser. Jump on this eraser to cause a pencil sharpener to appear to the right and ride it up. Shoot the Yin-Yang to the left when you're able to and the use it to shoot the cage.
Cage #6 (6:16): Continue from the 5th cage to the right, but do it big, not small. Keep going until you see a Power Sphere. Grab it and jump up to cause the cage to appear to the left.

Stage 4: Boss (Viking) Space Mama (8:50)
First you need to fight Space Mama's 2 lackeys. Shoot the pirate on the ground 3 times and he'll disappear. Then shoot the crow's nest 3 times to get the other pirate to come down. Shoot him twice and he'll disappear, too.

Space Mama will shoot swords at you. Use them to bounce up and punch her in the head while she is floating. She'll again shoot swords at you, but this time the swords will go after you so make sure to dodge them. She'll continue like this until you hit her 2 more times. At this point the swords will start floating and will one by one try to stab you. Dodge them and then carry on the fight as usual until you defeat her in 2 more hits.
