Follow the coins over to the old man and spray the strange symbol high up on the wall behind him. Wall jump your way up through the passageways until you reach the end. Spray the same symbol that is near the Bloopers and continue through the next set of passageways until you reach the top.
For the 3rd and final time of the game you will come across Gooper Blooper. Defeat him in the same way you've done before. Jump down the hole that is revealed upon Blooper's defeat and you'll find the Shine Sprite in the cave below.
