A year after we played Kingdom Hearts, it's time we jump back into the crazy crossover of Disney and Square Enix with the definitely direct sequel that didn't have anything happen between it and the first game. Definitely.

... If you're wondering why we didn't tackle Chain of Memories, it's simply because it's not a very fun game to play, and retreads mostly the same stories of the first game, just recontextualized to be about memories instead of hearts. They don't always do a good job of this. Since Sora and Co. forget the entire journey, and you don't really NEED to play Chain of Memories to understand most of what's happening in II, we felt skipping it was perfectly fine.
