원피스의 등장인물.
전(前) 바로크 워크스의 오피서 에이전트. 미스 골든 위크와 페어를 이루었다. 지금은 버기즈 딜리버리의 간부. "임기응변식의 두뇌범죄"가 모토이며 뛰어난 범죄자는 뛰어난 두뇌로 목적을 수행해야 한다고 생각한다. 단순 전투력은 Mr.4보다 떨어지지만, 교활하고 비열하기까지 한 임무 수행 집념을 평가받아 Mr.3의 지위를 받았다. 자칭 조형 미술가로 사람을 산 채로 밀랍으로 뒤덮어 밀랍 인형으로 만들어 버리는 악취미가 있다. 변장과 잠입의 달인이다. 바로크 워크스에 입사하기 전에는 사채업에 종사했다.

초인계 악마의 열매 촥촥 열매를 먹은 '양초 인간(ろうそく人間)'이다.
기타
•머리가 좋은만큼 추리력이 뛰어나다. 바나나 악어에게 잡아먹혔다가 그 능력으로 무사히 나왔을때도 같이 있던 열쇠(루피 일행을 가둔 해루석 철장)를 보고 몇초 안가 모든 상황을 파악했을 정도.
•비상한 두뇌와 활용도가 높은 능력에 비해 신체능력은 그저 그런 정도라 정면승부에는 약하게 묘사된다. 리틀가든에서 루피와 싸울 땐 세트를 부숴야 하는 루피를 방해하는 시간끌기와 캔들 챔피온 같은 자기 강화로 변칙적인 싸움으로 어느 정도 선전했지만 정통 무투파인 상디와 마주했을 땐 전투신도 생략될 정도로 간단히 털려버렸으며 Mr.2와 Mr.4에게도 상대가 안 될 정도로 정면승부에 약하다. 정상전쟁에서는 아예 루피의 패왕색에 기절하였다.
•조직을 옮겼음에도 두 번이나 칠무해의 밑에서 안전을 보장받는 운 좋은 케이스의 캐릭터가 되었다. 사실 바로크 워크스 시절에는 상사인 크로커다일이 무서워서 끽소리도 제대로 못냈지만, 해적파견조직의 경우는 자신도 인정받는 간부가 되었으니 발언권도 있고 상사인 버기에게도 편하게 대할 수 있기 때문에 쓰고 버릴말 취급을 당하는 일도 없다.
Galdino
"Loan Shark" Galdino, alias Mr. 3, is a former officer agent of Baroque Works, alongside his partner Miss Goldenweek. He is currently a member of the Buggy Pirates.
He was the main antagonist of the Little Garden Arc, and one of the central characters from Miss Goldenweek's "Operation: Meet Baroque Works", along with the rest of Baroque Works Officer Agents.
After being sent to Impel Down, he escaped with the assistance of Buggy and Monkey D. Luffy, being one of Luffy's main allies during the Impel Down Arc and later during the Marineford Arc. When the war ended, he became a member of the Buggy and Alvida Alliance. After Buggy became a Warlord of the Sea the alliance evolved into the Underworld organization known as Buggy's Delivery, of which he is currently a part of.
Appearance
When he first appeared, Galdino was an average-sized man with a rather frail-looking build. Like other male Baroque Works agents, Mr. 3 has his number hidden somewhere on his costume. For Mr. 3, he has 3's visible on his vest design, upper part of his glasses, and one big 3 achieved through his top knot. He also wears glasses and has neatly combed hair. He was also seen wearing a Log Pose on his left wrist. As a small form of comical relief, his hair seems to form various shapes according to the situation (like an "!" when he got scared or a "?" when he heard about Luffy for the first time and asked who Luffy was during the Little Garden arc, and even an arrow pointing to where he was talking about during the Impel Down Arc).
Later, like most Impel Down prisoners, he wears a striped prisoner's outfit, with his top knot sagging and his right lens of his glasses cracked. His hair became untidy and he grew a beard due to the roughness of the Beast Hell he was placed in.
After the escape, he changed to a black pair of pants, and adorned a cloak over his attire. In an attempt to save Ace, Galdino disguised himself as an executioner, and somehow made himself look slightly more muscular.
Personality
Galdino thinks very highly of himself, and is not afraid to show it. He believes himself to be a master of strategy, using his intellect and total lack of scruples to complete his plans. This statement is at least partly true, since Crocodile himself admitted that although Mr. 4 and Miss Merry Christmas were stronger than Galdino, he had been assigned a higher rank due to his intelligence.
He also thinks of himself as a great artist, using his wax powers to turn his victims into "living statues" for his former partner, Miss Goldenweek, to paint over.
However, when presented with situations in which he has to fight for his life, he reveals himself as little more than a coward who fears fighting (such as when a rage-filled Brogy was close to completely shattering his wax bonds).
He is also somewhat sadistic, as he prefers killing people after making them perfect human sculptures in a long and painful process, rather than killing them directly. During his fights, he prefers to prevent opponents from attacking him by trapping their body parts with his Devil Fruit.
Galdino also likes tea and especially the Earl Grey
Trivia
◾Even though a Devil Fruit user cannot swim or float in the sea, Mr. 3 is seen floating on water. Oda explained that Mr. 3 landed on a plank of "super-floating wood", which allowed him to stay afloat.[38] In the anime version of this scene, a table is clearly floating beneath him to hold him up. It was revealed that the wood was in fact Kuuigosu.
◾His ship being powered by a Devil Fruit power is similar to the vehicles used by Logia-type Devil Fruit users. This ship is also the only one that functions from a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit power.
◾Galdino is the only person known to have worked for two different Warlords of the Sea. Galdino served under both Crocodile and Buggy.
◾His favorite foods are Earl Grey black tea and cookies dipped in tea. This follows the theme of Baroque Works Officer Agents having a type of tea as their favorite food.
