트윈텔

암즈 세계관의 초 유명 여배우로, 팔이 아닌 트윈 테일을 사용해 싸운다. 머리카락에 ARMS 능력이 발현한 경우는 전례가 없기 때문에 협회에서 연구 협찬을 요청했지만 3번 다 거절당했다고 한다. 자신의 몸에 절대적인 자신감이 있어서인지 여성 캐릭터 중 메카니카와 더불어 공식적으로 체중이 공개된 둘 중 하나. 프랑스계인지 불어를 사용한다.

챠지 중 '고상한 오오라'를 가동시켜 상대방 암즈의 속도를 늦추는 특수능력이 있다. 공중에서 대시를 홀드하면 공중에서도 챠지가 되며, 마찬가지로 고상한 오오라가 발생하며 거의 공중에 정지하다시피 낙하 속도가 느려진다. 공중에서 대시를 홀드해 오오라를 발동시켜 놓고 다시 대시 키를 해제할 경우 입력중인 방향대로 대시가 발동되며, 이를 활용하면 사실상 공중에서는 어떤 공격이라도 회피가 가능해 진다. 잡기 대미지는 160으로 약간 높다.

공중에서 챠지가 가능하다는 점, 공중에서 일시적으로 정지가 가능하다는 점, 그리고 공중에선 오오라 발동 후 대시 회피로 거의 무적에 가깝다는 점 때문에 공중전에서 매우 강력한 성능을 자랑한다. 다만 트윈텔 본인의 점프력이 그다지 높지 않기 때문에 트램펄린의 활용이 중요하다. 공중전에서 강하다는 점에서 메카니카와 유사하지만 플레이 방식에서는 상당히 차이가 난다.

디폴트 암 조합이 굉장히 좋은 편이다. 특히 프리저와 썬더버드 조합은 사기 수준으로, 챠지 후 프리저 썬더버드 프리저 순으로 스턴이 풀리는 타이밍을 맞춰 연달아 쏘면 첫 타만 맞아도 3방 다 강제연결된다.

캐릭터 공개후 팬덤의 반응이 유난히 폭발적이다. 그 때문인지 2차 선행 체험회에서 사용할 수 있는 캐릭터로 추가 되었다. 픽률은 2위.

2.1.0 패치 후 집계에서 승률 1위를 차지했다.

뜬금없게도 슈퍼 스매시브라더스 얼티밋의 등불의 별 트레일러 영상에서 스피릿으로 등장했다.

리본걸과 배틀을 10회 이상 하게되면 배지를 얻을수 있다.

Twintelle

Twintelle is a playable fighter in ARMS. She was first revealed during the ARMS Direct on 2017-05-17.


Appearance​

Twintelle is a human with dark brown skin. She has aquamarine eyes with magenta eyelashes and white hair with pink highlights in two long tails. Her hair is what actually manifested the ARMS ability, unlike all other playable characters and nearly all ARMS users, and as such, she has natural human arms. She dons a blue mask with turquoise markings around the eyes that resemble eye shadow, and a small turquoise dot on the right that acts as a beauty mark. Due to her line of work, she is a woman of high fashion, and her main outfit consists of a sleeveless white shirt with a high collar, a diamond-like pattern, a magenta waist, a golden zip on the back and a logo embellished in gold on the chest. She wears black tight pants with magenta lines on the sides, and black heels with white straps and red soles. Her accessories include earrings in the form of leaves and gold bracelets. Another outfit she wears includes a high-collared coat with black buttons and mittens with her logo on them, and a sleeveless white shirt with a transparent high collar and tight blue jeans along with black heels.


Backstory

Twintelle used to be labelmates with Ribbon Girl, as Biff put it, before she moved on to a career of acting. According to ARMS Labs, she is the only person whose hair possesses the ARMS ability. She has refused requests for examination from the ARMS Labs three times. The labs are currently trying to get at least a single hair from her for examination.


Abilities​

Twintelle overall is designed as a well-rounded fighter. Her abilities include slowing incoming attacks while charging her punches on the ground or during her air-dash, allowing her opportunity to dodge out of the way and counterattack. On the ground she could activate her ability at the end of a dash or after landing from a jump. When dashing in the air, she will activate her ability at the end of her dash and be given the ability to perform a second air dash. Like other characters, she can gain a short charge when landing from an air-dash, but since she can charge while in the air she isn't able to hold a charge when landing.


Playstyle​

Twintelle's ability to slow down punches gives her the opportunity to close distances safely by neutralizing the opponent's pokes from a range, making her almost impossible to hit at times. When up close she can efficiently stay on top of her opponent, usually being able to react to almost anything they do, by slowing down time, and dodging.

She can easily create suffocating mix-up situations using her Actress Aura that are almost impossible for an opponent to escape, especially after being knocked down.
