In this episode of Skul the Hero Slayer, I'll be using Mummy with a Crit Items focused strategy! Mummy is a character who when properly utilized is extremely powerful, but is held back by baked in mechanics that make him hard to use. He has great skills and the weapons he gets make his basic attack extremely versatile, and he works well with the best archetypes, so what holds him back? It's his movement. Mummy has extremely stiff movement that makes him hard to control. His dash is especially bad, where if you dash twice with him while in the air you lose all control of him as he falls back down to the ground. The way around this is to always jump out of your dashes, which cancels the animation that would otherwise make him so stiff. Even then though Mummy's movement is still a step below all other characters. If you know what you're doing though, Mummy puts out insane DPS. Today, we'll be exploiting that with Crit Items, but with the danger of Omens keeping us in check. So, that's today's run!
