Been messing around in Mushihimesama 1.5 lately. There isn't a ton of info on it that I could find, but MAX difficulty starts you off at full power at the cost of enemies firing way more and only giving you one bomb at the start with an autobomb that depletes your entire supply. There's a new rank counter included that noticeably increases bullet speed when it hits certain thresholds as well, and all-new scoring mechanics based around point-blanking enemies. It's a neat spin on the game just playing for survival.
