A couple of days ago I made a little collage video that featured four Music Man guitars tag-teaming over a backing track. You can view it at https://youtu.be/WzxItWQzN44. I left the Cutlass out of that one so I thought it might be fun to put it up against the Albert Lee. However, this video features the Albert Lee only. Please see the links below for the other videos, backing track and preset download links. Both guitars are 2016 builds and, for the record, are the two guitars I use most on stage as they play like silk and cut through beautifully. However, each has its own unique qualities owing to elements like construction, pickups, body and neck woods, etc. You can get full specs from the Music Man website.
I built myself a preset in the Axe-FX II XL+ that features two classic amp rigs: '72 HIWATT DR03 (jumped) and matching cab with 'Purpleback' Fanes, and a 'Brown' Super Lead Plexi with a 70's Greenback loaded Marshall cab. If you hear an OD kick in on the HIWATT rig, it's a 3-knob Tube Driver. When you hear an OD kick in on the Marshall rig, it's an 808 with the gain wound down and level cranked. Both rigs feature the same 2290-type delays and a London Plate Reverb. Everything is Axe-FX II XL+ Quantum FW 8.02. The HIWATT rig also has a 3:1 studio compressor at the front of the signal chain which is on at all times. Axe FX II owners may like to try the preset for themselves. You can download it from http://axechange.fractalaudio.com/detail.php?preset=5577
The backing track is is from a very old Total Guitar mag. The track's called "Think Pink (In Gm)" and it's one I use often because it conjurs classic David Gilmour antics from me. You can download it from https://www.yousendit.com/download/dDZHRm95VnNoeWF4djlVag
As this is the Albert Lee-only video, I thought it would be appropriate to upload a full version of the Cutlass jam as well. You can view it at

The soundcard used was the Axe-FX II XL+. I mastered in Logic using one plugin only - the mighty Waves L3-16.
I recorded monitoring with Sennheiser Momentum headphones and mixed with Blue Sky Media Desk 2.1 monitors. I used a Goodwood Audio guitar cable.
