In the video I checked player slots in order to determine the one Young_Apollo was in (using my USB Gecko).

Then I activated the code to boot him (he currently was the party leader) and it gave me leader.

I was able to search for games etc. like shown afterwards. The initial leader then joins my party.

This effectively steals the party host BUT like I explained, you can't easily find the player slot of the hosting player which makes it unusable as code. It doesn't give host during the match obviously!

Going through the list starting at the top may be helpful though. Messing up will cause another player to be kicked (if it's you you can still watch the party lol).

Note:
This is visual to you only but it messes with people when their party is with you and not the original leader.
