This kind of no skill frustrating leg hugging/agility out-manuvering mechanic should have been eliminated on Cauldron day 1: in a PvP game every mechanic where one player just has to get farmed like a bot with no possibility to hide, run, reposition or fight back should not exist.
Rock, Paper, Scissor mechanics or, even worse, farm with no figh or hide mechanics, are a retarded way to balance a game that is based on playing a single mech, and not groups of things (like the Total War series), because this generates frustration and "mechlab loss" sense
