My secret? Consistency. I have been to the gym only a handful of times but I have been doing 100 pushups a day for the last 70 days! I am a bit behind on steps (my goal was 10k per day) but the next 30 days will give me enough time to catch up to them! Just showing up everyday makes a world of a difference! Why wait to change when you can start today!
