My AMD FX8350 lives again!
20Weird one this. everything has worked fine for the last 3 years (hence the healthy layer of dust). 🤣
My trash gaming/work setup has been pretty realible, right up until it randomly crashed and failed to post again!🤷
After a week I thought it was time to problem solve the issue.
I pulled all components out. Tried a "new" 6 core FX I had laying about. No boot!
Tried some alternative DDR3. No boot.
Tried a different GPU. No boot.
Tried a cheap but working power supply. No Boot.
right so it's the mother board right! Wrong. tried one of those too and still no boot.
But then after some time I just booted. wow! So the mother board! confirmed. Nope!
Stuck all the old components back in original motherboard and it's fine.
Ideas? Anyone!🤷
