Looks like the last time I played Battletoads was 5 years ago. With the new game coming out in 2020, I wanted to play the original again. I have an interesting history with the franchise. During Junior High and Highschool, I was on the hunt for the hardest game. I'd say Ghosts N Goblins on N.E.S. takes the cake. I studied this game as well as I could. Watching videos, using Game Genie to get infinite lives and a lot of good old fashioned Trail and Error. After a month of owning the game I wanted to record my progress. Which I am happy I did, as I catalogued the first time beating this game. I will post it in the links if you are interested. Friends would jokingly call it Stockholm Syndrome that made me love this game. Personally I think it was the graphics, and the game play. While crushing, it can be figured out. I hope you enjoy this episode, if all goes right, I should have another N.E.S. game for Friday.
