In this tutorial, after introducing some new frogs to the froglight farm and improving the collection mechanism, I return to the Spawn area to do some landscape design and explain my approach to terraforming!
Realism is a difficult thing to achieve in the blocky world of Minecraft, but when terraforming, our priorities are making the world around us feel more organic and natural. I prefer to avoid flattening areas, in favour of building with the terrain in mind, and molding the landscape as though it's made of modelling clay.
With these ideas in mind, we design a path up to the storage building, build some retaining walls and rock features, and discover how a little moss and bonemeal can transform a hillside!
