Last year I had the opportunity to go to E3 2011 for only 1 day but it was a great experience. I took my camera with me and recorded footage of the show floor and some of the games that were shown. Going into the event, what I really wanted to see was the Wii U and the Wii U Controller. I finally had the chance to check it out after 4 hours of waiting in line and it was amazing and I can't wait to get my hands on the system again once it releases here in the U.S., or if hopefully I go to E3 this year :). Also for any IGN fans that watch this video, see if you can spot a former IGN Nintendo Editor in this video. Hint: He appears in the Sega booth.
