During this day I figured out how to create and manipulate 3D assets in Blender and how to make UV maps. I also imported this thing in Unreal Engine and place it on the level. Material have been wrapped in UE editor itself. And I still making some experiments with collision. For now it's almost impossible for my character to get on these steps because of awful collision area.
