Last year, I played a lot of games, some new, some old, and I wanted a chance to talk about all of them! And I still missed some!

There were two notable games I didn't include in this video as I didn't remember them until halfway through the editing process: A Short Hike & Night in the Woods.

A Short Hike is the game I wish I'd included. My partner & I both played it separately, since we got it from the BLM Bundle that went around early in the year, and I had a lot of fun exploring the park, chilling with the locals and collecting the golden feathers to reach the top. Satisfying, short and sweet.

Night in the Woods was a game I remembered from seeing various YouTubers play it back in the day, but the story details were foggy. I found myself really vibing with Mae's story as it felt a bit closer to home. The characters were fun, but the main mystery was a bit of a drag. The overall ending/final hour wasn't the best writing in the world.
