So my Half Brother plays video games all day and stays in one position while not moving and tells us lot to get out and go to bed or go out and do exercise but he can't do it himself. So if he plays video games all day you're closer to messing your back up or worse or even stiffing the back up. If you have a back ache, do excersise because that will help alot especially exercise. He's in his 50s and says he's too old to do anything which is a plain lie in itself. And he walked down stairs to get his dinner so I believe he's an attention seeking so I'm telling him out straight. Recorded on Friday 17th January 2020.
