What I've noticed so far:
Shifting when you're close to Over Rev improves your time compared to right when it turns GREEN for the Perfect Shift.
Game locked at 60 FPS improves your time compared to locked at 90 FPS. Using over 90 FPS makes the game to do a weird white screen flicker, randomly.
You need to change the side of the road at the first gap on the left to not slow you down when you do it.

I couldn't get the same time twice.
