My problem with the Skyrim Script Extender.

If you have this problem shown in the video, the solution is to rename the file "skse_loader.exe" to "SkyrimLauncher.exe". This will also mean a quicker launch. The only tiny downside with this is that you can't access your mod list since that menu is skipped. You'll have to change back the previous correct file names to be able to do that.

But there is a quicker and better way to access and sort your load order if you don't agree with some of BOSS's (or whatever you use to sort your mods) and that is to simply open the file "plugins.txt" located in "\AppData\Local\Skyrim" and type in the mod where you want it and save. Just make sure you spell it correctly. It needs the correct .esp file name.
