We were doing fine up until Wave 3 when everything got a bit out of hand and we lost.
Shortly after, our Soldier was asking for the Sniper to switch, despite him being the top damage dealer.

So I asked him why he doesnt switch and I got the answer I knew he was going to give me.

Its really funny when people think they are an indispensable part of the team just because they are playing a certain class.
Take a moment and think about why things went wrong instead of trying to make other people do things you wont do yourself.

Its quite possible that nothing on the team needs to change and its all just about the difference of approach.    • The Difference of Approach
