My Thoughts & Advice about the New Paragon Packs (with upfront TLDR!!) SEE DESCRIPTION!!

UPDATE: Epic will be taking out the cards from any cheats you can buy with money. Essentially, you will NOT be able to get cards in any way from real money.

TLDR:
What's Going On:
- Epic Games will be providing some loot packs that give you exclusive skins and a ton of crates and chests
- Due to the way the progression for new players is gated and the RNG associated with collecting all the cards, quite a lot of people are saying Paragon will be a Pay to Win game
- Essentially, someone will be able to spend money to gain a huge advantage over others that don't, who would otherwise have to play for a long time with cards that simply aren't as powerful or META due to the RNG

My Advice/Proposal:
1) ALL CARDS & HEROES UNLOCKED FROM START for PVP
2) The only "progression" in PvP is skins, masteries, NON-GAMEPLAY ITEMS NO MATTER HOW SMALL OR INSIGNIFICANT (this makes crates/chests have no effect what so ever in PvP gameplay)
3) PvE has a separate collection of cards/gems (the presentation/ui for this can be whatever)
4) The only way to gain PvE cards/gems is through crates, which can be gained in PvE AND PvP
5) Essentially, game time (grinding) OR buying packs or crates are the only ways to improve PvE gameplay, but have no effect whatsoever on PvP gameplay
6) Compelling, challenging and engaging PvE game modes and skins/re-animations/etc(which can be used in PvP) would drive the cause behind monetization of the game.
